Steven A. Katz has a very diverse personal and professional background. He is a fully certified master mechanic, an avid outdoorsman and a complex litigation lawyer. Because of his rich technical training he focused his earlier legal practice on products liability litigation.  Steve later expanded his work to the field of consumer and pension rights resulting in extensive experience in cases involving ERISA based pension claims that he litigated nationally. He has represented millions of people in ERISA litigation and has successfully recovered over a billion dollars in judgments and settlements for employees whose pension funds were at issue. Now retired, Steve travels extensively and continues to pursue new and diverse interests.
