Aaron Zigler is a partner at Korein Tillery where he frequently represents consumers, whistle-blowers and investors as plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation and appeals. Aaron is an accomplished writer and an active member of the American Society of Legal Writers. Prior to his legal career, Aaron worked in computer security for a Fortune 500 company and continued his interest in computer technology in law school by concentrating his studies in that area. Aaron began his legal career as a law clerk with Korein Tillery in 2000 as he attended St. Louis University School of Law. He joined the firm as an attorney upon his graduation from law school and became a partner on January 1, 2010.

Aaron has considerable experience in all aspects of the prosecution of complex litigation.  He has been involved in the briefing and presentation of numerous successful class certification motions and has handled cases before the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation, including successfully arguing for transfer (e.g., In re: Google Inc. St. View Elec. Commc’ns Litig., 733 F. Supp. 2d 1381 (J.P.M.L. 2010) (on brief)) and defeating motions to transfer (e.g., In re: Facebook Use of Name & Likeness Litig., 816 F.Supp.2d 1380 (J.P.M.L. 2011) (argued)).

Aaron routinely bears the principal responsibility for the briefing and argument of dispositive and jurisdictional motions in a wide variety of complex cases. He also has extensive appellate experience,  having been responsible for briefing and arguing such appeals as: United States ex rel. Garbe v.
