David Walchak is an attorney in Korein Tillery’s Chicago office. Before joining Korein Tillery, David worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan L. Carney on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2018 and his B.A. from Amherst College in 2015.


Since joining Korein Tillery, David has primarily represented consumer plaintiffs in antitrust litigation, including In re Google Play Store Antitrust Litigation, 21-md-2981 (N.D. Cal.) (antitrust claims related to markets for app distribution and in-app payment processing on Android mobile devices), Segal v. Amadeus IT Group, S.A., No. 24-cv-1783 (N.D. Ill.) (antitrust claims related to information sharing in luxury hotel market), and In re Apple Inc. iPhone Antitrust Litigation, 24-md-3113 (D.N.J.) (antitrust claims related to monopolization and horizontal agreements in smartwatch markets). He has also represented clients in consumer privacy actions and in litigation against a large public accounting firm. David has published law review articles on antitrust law and on legal ethics in criminal representation. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son.
