Patrick McCarthy
Patrick McCarthy is an attorney in Korein Tillery’s St. Louis office. Patrick received his J.D. in 1994 from Valparaiso University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Louis University in 1988.
Building on his experience in commercial and real estate law, Patrick supports KT’s litigation teams in the areas of mortgage investment fraud, uses of rights-of-way and claims relating to online (or digital) advertising fees.
Prior to joining Korein Tillery, Patrick worked in various corporate and legal capacities to develop a deep knowledge of Missouri law, commercial real estate, title insurance, and business law. In addition to serving as a member of the Contracts and Forms Committee of the St. Louis Association of Realtors from 1996 to 2000, Patrick has developed and presented lectures for the National Business Institute, St. Louis Association of Paralegals, Missouri Mappers Association, and St. Louis Community College.
